Two Arrests Made After Multi-Car Accident in Easton

EASTON, MD. - Easton Police say two arrests were made after a multi-car accident. Authorities tell WMDT, on Sunday, police responded to a reported accident in the area of Rt. 328 near Dyott court.

Police say a small Toyota camper truck had allegedly attempted to pass cars by driving in the middle of the road, eventually hitting 5 other cars in the process. That's when police say the suspect fled the scene.

According to reports, the suspect was found, and police say 36 year old Angel Morales was taken into custody for leaving the scene of an accident, DUI, and DWI, among other charges.

Police say during the traffic investigation it was discovered that a passenger in the RV, 36 year old Tovar Herreva, was wanted for failing to appear in court.

Police say he was also arrested on scene.
