BREAKING: Possible Meteorite In Sussex County

WMDT 47 NEWS - Social media exploded Friday night after multiple people reported seeing what seemed to be a meteor streaking across the north east.

Residents say just before 8PM on March 22nd, they saw a bright green light fly through the sky and then disappear.  

Reports are that something touched down near the Delaware/Maryland line, but this has not been confirmed by WMDT.
