DE House Passes Four Tax Bills

DOVER, Del. - It appears those "recession-era tax increase" bills are now moving to the Senate. 

The State House approved making the tax increases permanent. One tax deals with the corporate franchise tax, which will keep the current rates of a maximum tax of $180,000 to an assumed par value multiplier of $350.

The three other bills deal with personal income, gross receipt and estate taxes.
