Brad Johnson Announces Hollywood Movie in the Making - The Untold Story of the Queen and Shah of Iran.
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) March 20, 2013
Actor/Producer/Director Brad Johnson (VampU, Friend Request, Hoxsey, Lifetime's Scents and Sensibility) announced his new film projects during an interview on the red carpet at “The Croods" premiere (starring Ryan Reynolds, Nicholas Cage, Emma Stone) in New York last Monday. Johnson together with Producers Jason Weinberg, Rosanna Tina, Parisa Defaie, and EP assistant Nicole Tabibzadeh, have three feature film projects in the pipeline.
After many discussions and private meetings with Her Majesty Farah Pahlavi, the producers acquired the rights to produce a movie based on her life with His Majesty Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. The queen has also agreed to be the story consultant on the project. She shares their love story and for the first time reveals true accounts of what took place behind the palace gates.
The film will recount the life of Iran’s most legendary royal couple through their years of personal triumphs and tragedies, to their wrenching last moments together during exile. It promises to shed light on the late Shah’s impact during his reign and the permanent imprint his legacy has left on the world today.
Currently, the script is written under the working title “Exile” (2015) and the anticipated project is attracting the attention of A-list filmmakers.
Additionally, Johnson announced the two other films in pre-production with producers Jason Weinberg, Rosanna Tina and Parisa Defaie; "The Solutions Company” (2014) which marks his directorial debut, an action/thriller based on a true story about the Holocaust and the systematic computer tracking of Jews; “The Donna” (2015) a fantasy movie during the medieval period in Cambria portraying a young spirited heroine who discovers that her secret society can save her kingdom from enemies seeking to destroy it.
