Fatal Vehicle Crash In Dover, Del.

DOVER, Del. - Delaware State Police are currently investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred this afternoon south of Dover.

Police say the crash occurred around 4PM on Highview Avenue.  49-year-old Lawrence Kibler Jr. and his wife Judy, both from Magnolia, were thrown from their motorcycle after colliding a car.
Judy, age 48, was pronounced dead at a local hospital.  Lawrence is listed in serious condition.

According to police neither was wearing a helmet. The driver of the car, 20-year-old Harrington resident Ann Breeding, was not injured. Investigation into this crash is on-going.
