Traffic Stop Leads To DUI And Drug Charges For Felton Man

HARRINGTON, Del. - A Felton man was charged with DUI and drug charges after a traffic stop. Harrington Police say they pulled over 25-year-old Joshua Hearn on Friday, for a traffic violation, on Route 13.

During the stop, the officer reportedly smelled alcohol in the vehicle, leading to field sobriety tests for Hearn. He was arrested, during which officers say they found more than 3 grams of marijuana in Hearn's pants pocket.

Hearn was charged with DUI, possession of marijuana with an aggravating factor, possession of drug paraphernalia, and other related offences. He was later released.
