SOMERSET CO., Md. - The trial for a Somerset County man charged in the death of a young Delmar women, has been postponed.

Steven Akers is charged with "accessory after the fact" for the murder of 23-year-old Whitney Bennett. You'll recall, his brother William Hill was convicted of strangling his former girlfriend, then burying her body in a Somerset county field.

Akers' day in court was scheduled for tomorrow, but has been moved to May 21st.
