Information Sought On Leipsic Arson

LEIPSIC, Del. - A Leipsic house fire remains under investigation, after Fire Marshal's ruled it as arson. Delaware State Fire Marshal's say the West Street house fire was reported around 8:50 PM on Wednesday night, by a neighbor.

When crews from Leispsic Volunteer Fire Company arrived on scene, the found smoke and fire coming out of the front of the vacant home. They were quickly able to put the blaze out. No injuries were reported. Fire Marshal says that the fire was intentionally set, and estimates the damages at $5,000.
