
WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden has named an experienced corporate litigator to lead the state's Fraud and Consumer Protection Division.
Matthew Lintner will join Biden's office on April 2. Lintner practices at the Wilmington law firm of Potter Anderson & Corroon. He's spent 20 years as a corporate litigator and has handled numerous complex financial cases. He also spent several years working in the civil enforcement division of the California Attorney General's Office.
In Delaware, Linter will oversee the attorney general's securities, Medicaid fraud and consumer protection units.
