BRIDGEVILLE, Del. - A 71-year-old Bridgeville man faces charges for allegedly distributing illegal gambling devices.
Thomas O. Jefferson, owner of Timmons Amusements, was arrested after Delaware officials got word he was reportedly supplying the games to various alcohol licensed establishments in Kent and Sussex Counties.
According to reports, Jefferson was allegedly sharing the profits with the businesses, and police say they seized more than $138,000 dollars in cash upon his arrest.
