WICOMICO CO., Md. - After a woman was found bound and gagged in her own home, Police arrested four men, in connection with a series of daytime burglaries in Wicomico County.

Robert Fisher, 38, Jacob Miller, 23, Brandon Bowden, 26, and Joshua Rayfield, 23, all of Salisbury, were all taken into custody this week. The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office, says that these four arrests, close six burglary and theft cases in the County. Detectives have reportedly recovered between $75,000 and $100,000 worth of stolen goods, including jewelry and guns.

The arrests were made, after the Sheriff's Office learned of another burglary, on Glen Avenue in Salisbury, on Wednesday, that hadn't been reported yet. Detectives arrived on scene, where they say they found the 89-year-old home owner, bound and gagged, under a coffee table in the living room of the home. Police say that the woman lives alone, and was defenseless for around 9 hours. She was taken to PRMC, where she is currently listed in stable condition.

An investigation shows that the four suspects, went into the home, restrained the victim, and then went around the home collecting her jewelry in a duffle bag. Before the assailants left, they reportedly gagged and tied up the woman, and apparently left her to die. Police later searched one of the homes of the suspects, and recovered all of the jewelry that belonged to the victim.

The Wicomico Bureau of Investigation is asking anyone with information related to the string of burglaries to contact them at 410-548-4898, or Crime Solvers at 410-548-1776.
