Ringling Bros. Surprises 93 Year-Old Former Circus Performer

SEAFORD, Del. - The circus is coming to town, but first, they made a surprise birthday visit to a former performer. 93 year-old Alyce Blum was abandoned at an orphanage as a child, and when she was 6 years-old, Alyce and her brother decided to run-away and join the circus.

While a performer, Alyce did motorcycle stunts, was an aerialist, and worked with wild animals.  She also volunteered in the European Theater of World War II.
