Governor Bob McDonnell Announces State Of Emergency For Virginia

VIRGINIA - Heavy snow is already a huge problem for parts of Virginia.


Governor Bob McDonnell announced a state of emergency Wednesday, relieving all state workers earlier in the afternoon.

He warns that the storm which has buried nearly one-fourth of the state, will likely cause more power failures.
