SALISBURY, Md. - Evelyn Marie Cole, 71, of Salisbury, died Saturday, March 2, 2013 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born April 26, 1941 in Denton, MD, she was the daughter of the late, Charles Oscar and Hulda Katherine Ewing Wright. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed taking care of her family and home. She was a member of the Gateway Church of Christ in Mardela Springs.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Mark Cole of Salisbury; her children: Teresa Marie Flores and her husband, Pascual, Charles Allen Cole and his wife, Wendy all of Salisbury and Mark Steven Cole of St. Louis, MO; her grandchildren, Mariya Flores and Leah Flores; sisters: Mary Lindner, Phyllis Pippin and Betty Stepp; brother, Jim Wright and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Ebbe Wright and a sister, Elma Mae Knipple.

A funeral service will be held Friday, March 8, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Holloway Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Wicomico Memorial Park in Salisbury. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Coastal Hospice, PO Box 1733, Salisbury, MD 21802.
