Authorities Continue Water Search For Robin Pope

QUEEN ANNE'S CO., Md. - Law enforcement are continuing to search for missing Stevensville woman, 51-year-old Robin Pope.

Tuesday morning, police divers returned to the Chesapeake Bay behind her home as teams carry forward with the quest for clues on land. After Pope was reported missing early Saturday, her case was changed to "critical" when neighbors told police they found the body of her Great Dane along the shoreline. Initial investigation suggested the dog may have died from external trauma, however, Monday it was confirmed by medical experts that the pet passed away from tumors in the upper torso.

Maryland State Police are still looking for any information about Ms. Pope's disappearance.  If you know anything, call the Centreville Barrack at 410-758-1101, you may remain anonymous.
