Princess Anne Man Arrested After Bizarre Run In With Police

PRINCESS ANNE CO., Md. - A Princess Anne man is arrested, after a bizarre run in with police.

Somerset County officials attempted a traffic stop for Deshay Cephas on Feb. 14, but the suspect attempted to get away, hitting a parked car in the Somers Place Apartments. He then lept from his car and fled the scene.

The coasted into the deputies' patrol car, where they found 81 individual bags of suspected crack cocaine.

Cephas was arrested Friday, after deputies found him hiding in a crawl space above a bedroom in a Princess Anne apartment.

He faces multiple charges, including hit and run and drug charges.
