Milton Theatre Property Sold To Cash Buyer

MILTON, Del. - The board of the Milton Theatre has reportedly been informed that DCIC, the financial institution that owns the theatre, has sold the property to a cash buyer.

Officials say they are very disappointed and they don't know what the buyer intends to do with the property.

According to reports, if the board is not able to buy the building, all donors will be contacted and donations for purchasing the building will reportedly be returned at the earliest possible date.
