Local Businesses File Suit Against Dewey Beach

DEWEY BEACH, Del. - Six Dewey Beach businesses plan to file a class action complaint against the Town, it's mayor, and other city administrators.  The restaurants, and one bar claim the town mis-managed funds.

They accuse Dewey beach officials of over-charging annual business license fees and using the money improperly for the from 2007 to 2013.  They're asking the judge to declare the current license fees unlawful and void.
