Lawrence Charles Navis, Sr. - WMDT 47 News - Delmarva's Choice

SALISBURY, Md. - Lawrence Charles Navis, Sr., 71, of Victoria Park at Sassafras Meadows in Salisbury, passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at his residence. Born in Richmond, VA, he was the son of the late Charles Lawrence Navis and Minnie Levy Navis.  He was a member of the National Board of Realtors, Antiquarian Society of Virginia and Virginia Power Boat Association. He was a real estate agent for 10 years for Moore, Warfield and Glick until 1998. He enjoyed watching television, computers, reading and his beloved pets.

He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Barbara Thomas Navis; 3 sons, Charles Lawrence Navis of Jupiter, FL, Kenneth Wayne Navis of Ingleside, MD and Lawrence Charles Navis, Jr. of Baltimore; 3 grandchildren, Thomas, Logan and Brandon Navis; a brother, Edward Navis of Richmond, VA; and 2 beloved pets, "Buffy" and "Princess".

Following cremation no formal memorial services are scheduled.  Contributions may be made in his memory to the Wicomico County Humane Society, 5130 Citation Drive, Salisbury, MD 21804.
