Arrested: Tiara Abasher
GEORGETOWN, Del. - Police have wrapped up a two month long investigation, with an arrest. Georgetown Police say on Thursday, they searched apartment #403 in the Dunbarton Oaks complex, where they found several baggies of heroin, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
Officers on scene arrested, 24-year-old Tiara Abasher, of Laurel. She was charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Abasher was also wanted by Delaware State Police. She is being held on $25,300 bond, at Sussex Correctional Institution.
28-year-old Wilber James, of Georgetown, was also arrested at the apartment. He was also apparently wanted on a capias out of Sussex County. James was later released.
