
WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - The Delaware Department of Justice says three men have been indicted in connection with a shootout at a Wilmington gas station.
Authorities say the Dec. 23 incident took place at a Getty gas station. Officials say two of the men trading gunshots with the third man. Multiple shots were fired and an occupied vehicle was hit. No one was injured.
The indictments, returned on Feb. 4, were announced today. Twenty-year-old Corey Rollins, 24 year-old Jamar Rodgers and 24-year-old Kenyattia Graham were indicted on reckless endangering and numerous other offenses. All three are being held on bond.
