BERLIN, Md. - Some shocking relationship facts to share with you this holiday - we're told this is typically a busy time of year for private investigations.
ABCO investigations in Berlin tells us they usually see a spike with cheating lovers, especially when Valentine's Day falls on a weekend.
We're told in recent years, they've seen more women cheating, than men!
Private investigators say, the evidence they collect is often so overwhelming, almost 90% of cases are settled outside of court.
"We work a lot with the clients' attorneys. And so we sort of put the case together for them and put it on their lap. And from there, it goes to arbitration, goes to mediation and sometimes it will go to trial," owner Timothy Keane said.
