DOVER, Del. - Gov. Jack Markell's office says the country's three major bond-rating agencies have awarded Delaware a triple-A rating.
Markell announced the ratings on Wednesday. The announcement came with the state's proposed issuing of $340 million of general obligation bonds.
Of the bonds being sold, $115 million will be available to retail investors until Feb. 19.
