SALISBURY, Md. - A Salisbury man was arrested after allegedly assaulting his roommate. On Tuesday night, around 10:30 PM, a Wicomico County Sheriff's Deputy met with someone on Beaglin Park Drive, for an alleged assault.
The victim told the deputy that they lived with 18-year-old Devonta Fagans, but that he wanted to move out. According to the report, Fagans confronted the victim while he was in the shower by hitting him in the head, then putting him into a headlock, and while in the headlock, Fagans apparently bit the victim.
Police say that the victim's injuries corroborated with the story, but that Fagans had fled before the deputy arrived. Fagans was arrested later, when he went back to the apartment, and another argument apparently started. Fagans was charged with false imprisonment, and 2nd degree assault. He is being held at the Detention Center on $3,000 bond.
