Sex Offender Wanted In Dover

DOVER, Del. - Delaware State Police are looking for a sex offender who apparently didn't register his status.

38-year-old Douglas Arnold is currently wanted, after not registering as a sex offender with the DSP Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit. He is a high risk offender, who is described as a 5' 7" tall, white man, weighting around 170 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. Police believed that Arnold could be in the Dover area.
