DSP Looking For Sex Offender In Felton

FELTON, Del. - A sex offender is wanted in Felton after allegedly not registering his status.

Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is looking for 37-year-old Scott Kenton, who is a low risk offender, because he apparently hasn't registered as a sex offender. Kenton is described as a 5' 5" tall, white man, weighting around 160 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
