SALISBURY, Md. - Three Virginia men were arrested after a deputy found a loaded gun in their car. According to the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office, they pulled over 47-year-old William Spicer, for erratic driving on North Salisbury Boulevard at Dagsboro Road.
An investigation showed that Spicer's privilege to drive had been suspended by the State of Virginia. During a search of the vehicle, the deputy found a loaded Smith and Wesson .38 revolver in the driver's side door pocket, along with a second loaded revolver, in the back pocket of the passenger seat.
Spicer, and his two passengers, 42-year-old Danny Savage, and 44-year-old Bobby Bagwell, were all arrested, and charged with handgun in vehicle. All three are being held at the Detention Center on $45,000 bond each.
