WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Delaware has dodged a massive snow storm that brought blizzard conditions and hurricane-force winds to the Northeast.
By Saturday morning, only a trace of snow was reported in northern New Castle County. But the storm dumped more than two inches of rain on coastal areas of Sussex County on Friday.
The National Weather Service issued a coastal flood warning for Kent and Sussex counties through Saturday morning.
Wind gusts are expected to be strong throughout the state Saturday.
