
CAMBRIDGE, Md. - Police have arrested a suspect in connection to Thursday night's armed robbery at a convenience store, that ended in gunfire.
Authorities say 21-year-old Tashawn Murphy was identified as the shooter in the incident. The robbery happened just after 8:30 at the Bayly Road Quick Shop. Police say Murphy put a gun in the clerk's face and shot her three times. The victim was flown to shock trauma and is listed in serious condition. Murphy faces several charges including Attempted First Degree Murder, Assault First Degree, and Reckless Endangerment. He is now being held without bond.
