SALISBURY, Md. - Perdue is now asking for their money back, after winning that lawsuit filed against them, by the Waterkeeper Alliance.
The poultry giant wants the court to hold the environmental group accountable for what they call an "irresponsible lawsuit."
They filed a memorandum today asking for a reimbursement of court costs. You'll recall, the Waterkeeper Alliance sued Hudson Farm for violating the Clean Water Act and said that Perdue should be held accountable. A judge ruled in favor of Hudson Farm and Perdue.
