LAUREL, Del. - A 35-year-old woman is accused of having a sexual relationship with a teenager. Delaware State Police say they received information after a 14-year-old boy told a family member about the apparent relationship with Katheryn Carmean, of Berlin.

A rape investigation showed that over the past 10 months, the incidents happened when the victim stayed at Carmean's home on Mt. Zion Road. The victim, and Carmean's son were apparently friends.

DSP arrested Carmean, and she was charged with 10 counts of 3rd degree rape, continuous sexual abuse of a child, and endangering the welfare of a child. She is being held at DJBWCI on $57,000 bond.
