Posted: Updated:

BALTIMORE (AP) - The Maryland Federal Facilities Advisory Board is releasing a plan on how to support the state's federal community.

The plan, which is being released on Thursday in Annapolis, outlines more than two dozen actions the state could take to better leverage the potential of government labs, military installations and other federal facilities to drive innovation and create jobs in Maryland.

Gov. Martin O'Malley is scheduled to attend an event in Annapolis to talk about the report.
