Police: Ravens Stadium Is At Capacity

Posted: Updated:

BALTIMORE (AP) - Baltimore police say M&T Bank Stadium has reached maximum capacity for the free Super Bowl celebration and is no longer open to arriving fans.

A police spokesman suggests fans who are not yet in the stadium go home or to a restaurant to watch the event on television.

Police also say that because the celebration started late at City Hall, delaying the parade and the start of the stadium event, afternoon rush hour traffic may be impacted by fans leaving the stadium. Police say drivers should allow extra time for travel and be patient.
