Man Accused Of Throwing Woman Down Stairs In Salisbury

SALISBURY, Md. - A N. Potomac man was arrested after allegedly assaulting a woman. The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office responded to an Old Ocean City Road home, in Salisbury, for a reported assault.

They say that the deputy met with the residents, after finding broken glass on the floor. An investigation showed that 28-year-old Joshua Mancebo, was moving out, while the woman stayed in the bedroom. When she tried to leave, Mancebo reportedly threw her down the steps at the backdoor.

Authorities say that the evidence corroborated with the story, so Mancebo was arrested, charged with 2nd degree assault, and held at the Detention Center on $20,000.
