Two Charged In October Burglary In Hebron

HEBRON, Md. - Police have made an arrested in connection with an October 2012 burglary.

The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office arrested 34-year-old Richard Culp and 30-year-old Jami Lowe, both of Hebron. According to Police, Lowe pawned jewelry that had been taken during the Crooked Oak Lane robbery.

Police interviewed both Lowe and her boyfriend, Culp, where they reportedly admitted to the crimes. Lowe and Culp were arrested, and charged with 1st degree burglary, and theft.

Lowe is being held at the Detention Center on $125,000 bond, while Culp is being held on $75,000 bond.
