Employees Spend Time "Cyberloafing" At Work

WMDT 47 NEWS - Now to a phenomenon called "cyberloafing." Researchers have now labeled your guilty habits at work. They say up to 80 percent of time employees spend on the web is wasted and has nothing to do with their job. Experts say even those detailed internet use policies aren't enough. The study says threatening termination or using detection software can reinforce the policies, but that can also lower worker morale.
