Police Investigate Drive-by Shooting In Dover

DOVER, Del. - Police are investigating a murder involving a teen in Dover. 


It happened just before 11:30PM Friday night at the Whatcoat Apartments.

A car reportedly drove by a group of teenagers sitting outside a building, then made a U-Turn, and opened fire.

18-year-old Imeer Waddell of Dover, was shot and later succumbed to his injuries. A second victim was treated and released.
