DOVER, Del. - Delaware State Police have charged two brothers with robbing a Dover liquor store.
Troopers say on Jan. 26, a man walked around Mr. B's Wine and Spirits and left without making a purchase. Police say moments later, another man entered the store, implied to an employee that he had a gun, and took two bottles of vodka from a shelf.
Officers say the employee tried to hit the man with a baseball bat. The suspect fled on foot with the vodka.
After an investigation, on Friday troopers arrested 21-year-old Joshua T. Smith of Camden and 20-year-old Dajaniel L. Smith of Dover. Both are charged with robbery.
