One Arrested, One Wanted In Connection With Harrington Home Invasion

HARRINGTON, Del. - Police have arrested one man and are looking for another, after an apparent home invasion in Kent County. Harrington Police around 3:00 PM on Tuesday, responded to the Diamond Court Apartments for a reported home invasion.

An investigation showed Brock Cimo, 18, and Mightys Gibbs, 20, both of Harrington, went into the apartment, and started chocking the victim, and while the assault was happening, the suspects took $400 from the victim's pockets. They then reportedly fled in a white Dodge Avenger. Police searched the area, but couldn't located either suspect.

Cimo turned himself in later in the evening. He was charged with home invasion, 2nd degree robbery, strangulation, 2nd degree conspiracy, and theft under $1,500. Cimo is being held at Sussex Correctional Institute on $17,500 bond.

Gibbs is currently still wanted on the same offenses. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Harrington Police Department at 302-398-4493 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.
