Fire In Wicomico County Leaves Two Canines Dead

PITTSVILLE, Md. – Fire Officials say a fire ripped through a dog kennel in Wicomico County leaving two canines dead.

Investigators say the single alarm fire began around 2:45 a.m. Tuesday morning on Friendship Road.

The State Fire Marshal says the blaze caused upwards of $10,000 in damages to the structure.

Investigators are not sure where the fire originated in the building and the fire is currently under investigation.
