Judge Rules Seacrets Not Liable For 2008 Rape Case

OCEAN CITY, Md. - A popular Ocean City nightclub will not be facing discipline for a 2008 rape outside of their club.

U.S. District Court in Baltimore ruled in the favor of Seacrets after a now 26-year-old woman sued the hot spot for one million dollars.

Her complaint claims she was ejected for being too intoxicated and that security refused to let her get back in to find her friends and get her personal belongings, which included her identification.

Our calls to Seacrets and the plaintiff's lawyer were not immediately returned.
