U.S. Court Of Appeals To Hear Ex-PRMC Doctor Stent Case

RICHMOND, Va. - Attorneys in the high-profile case against a former PRMC cardiologist are set to argue in an appeal this Friday at the 4th District U.S. Court of Appeals.

In July 2011, Dr. John McLean was convicted of six health care fraud offences, after inserting unnecessary heart stents in more than 100 patients.

An opinion will be issued on the case at a later date.
