Burton Murder Criminal Motions Hearing Postponed Until May

SNOW HILL, Md. -  More delays in the Matthew Burton case. The 28-year-old suspected killer was scheduled to appear in a Worcester County courtroom Friday for a criminal motions hearing, but that has now been pushed back until May 1st.

Burton's trial is set to begin June 10th. He faces 1st and 2nd degree murder charges for the death of Millsboro mother, Nicole Bennett whose body was found last June dumped along a Worcester County road the morning after she went missing.
