EASTON, Md. - A Preston man was arrested after allegedly returning to a property that he was barred from. On Sunday, Easton Police responded to a call about an unwanted person on Brookletts Avenue.

Officers met with the 47-year-old victim who said that she wanted 50-year-old Edward Tyler II, to leave her home. The officer says they escorted Tyler off the property, and told him not to come back.

Police went back to the home, after they received another call, saying that Tyler was back. When officers arrived, they found Tyler inside sitting on the couch of the home.

Police charged Tyler with 3rd and 4th burglary, trespass of private property, disturbance of the peace, and failure to obey a lawful order. He is being held at the Talbot County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
