MILFORD, Del. - Two teenagers were arrested after allegedly attempting to rob a man walking down the street. Milford Police say on Saturday, around 11:00 PM, 18-year-old Tyrell Williams, and a 16-year-old boy were walking down SE 2nd Street, along with a 13, a 14, and a 15-year-old, when Williams and the 16-year-old asked a 26-year-old man for money.

When the victim refused, the two pulled out CO2 pistols, which the victim apparently believed to be real handguns, and demanded money again and threatened to kill him. The victim didn't give the two any money, but he did call police.

Milford Police reportedly caught up with the five teens, on a nearby street, but the five teens apparently refused to stop, eventually officers say the subdued the five and took them into custody.

An investigation showed that the 13, 14, and 15-year-olds were not involved in the attempted robbery, but were charged with one count each of resisting arrest, and were later released to their parents.

Williams and the 16-year-old were charged with attempted armed robbery, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, 2nd degree conspiracy, terroristic threatening, and resisting arrest. The 16-year-old was released to his parents on bond, while Williams is held at SCI on $12,250 bond.
