Jersey City Man Arrested For Attempted Murder In Milton

MILTON, Md. - Milton police have arrested a Jersey City man for allegedly stabbing his ex-girlfriend multiple times in Lewes Thursday.

Officials say Tyrone Majette got into an argument with the woman over money.

He reportedly stole her purse-- punched her and stabbed her repeatedly in the neck and abdomen.

Majette faces a number of charges, including attempted murder and attempted robbery.

The victim was taken to the hospital for emergency surgery.
