Millsboro Sex Offender Wanted By DSP

MILLSBORO, Del. - Police are looking for a sex offender who apparently failed to register his address.

Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is searching for Carl Nathan, 39, of Millsboro, who is a high risk offender. They say that he hasn't registered his address with them within three days, which he is required by law to do.

He reportedly could be living in Savannah East in Lewes. Nathan is described as a 5' 7" tall, black male, with black hair and brown eyes.
