Gold Alert Issued For Ocean View Teen

OCEAN VIEW, Del. - A gold alert has been issued for a missing Ocean View teenager.

Delaware State Police says that 14-year-old Allison Bowerman was last seen in Ocean View on Martin Way around 6:00 PM on Wednesday. She is described as a white, 5' 2" tall, girl, with blonde hair and blue eyes, weighting around 115 pounds.

She was reportedly last seen wearing a navy blue sweatshirt, jeans, pink shoes, and a scarf. Bowerman is believed to be in the Ocean View or Bethany Beach area. Officials are concerned for her safety because of a medical condition.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact Delaware State Police Troop 4 at 302-856-5850 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.
