Preventing Youth Suicide Presentation In Delaware

NEWARK, Del. - The Medical Society of Delaware is trying to help the state's young people with a new campaign.

Their new "it's OBVIOUS" Campaign for Kids plans to address Obesity, Bullying, Vaccinations, Intelligence, Opioid abuse, Underage drinking, and Suicide. Emily Coggin Vera, MSW, Program Director of the Mental Health Association in Delaware will host the free presentation about "preventing Youth Suicide in Delaware."

There will be a free event on January 30th from 7:00 - 8:00 PM at the Medical Society of Delaware Building and Conference Center in Newark. Organizers are asking participants to RSVP by Monday, January 28th, by calling 302-366-1400 x0.
