UPDATE: Arson Not Suspected In Accomack Co. Church Fire

Posted: Updated:

PARKSLEY, Va. - Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation was on the scene of another fire in Accomack County on Wednesday morning. State Police say their preliminary investigation shows that the fire does not appear to be arson, and isn't related to the recent string of unsolved apparent arsons in the area.

Officials say that the fire started on Wednesday morning around 9:00 AM inside of a church on the 23000 block of Leemont Road in Parksley. Information is very limited at this time. Stay tuned to WMDT and www.WDMT.com for the very latest.
